All questions or requests regarding current or historically-transmitted chargebacks must be sent to Chargebacks@aipingpharma.com.  

Finance & Accounting Inquiries 

Accounts Receivable inquiries (open credits, invoice discrepancies etc.) must be sent to: Recmgmt@eversana.com. Please do not send to Customer Service.  

Accounts Payable inquiries must be sent to:  TradeFinance@aipingpharma.com. Please do not send to Customer Service. 

EDI Requests or Issues  

ALL EDI technical questions or issues must be directed to edisupport@eversana.com. ASN and 856 inquiries should be sent to EVERSANA as these do not generate from AiPing directly. EDI testing and troubleshooting issues should be directed to EVERSANA.  

DSCSA Implementation or Troubleshooting  

ALL communication regarding DSCSA implementation (GLN, SGLN, GTIN, etc.) and any related issues must be directed to: DSCSA@aipingpharma.com. AiPing is contracted with TraceLink for network links & systems; for any related technical issues, you may contact TraceLink’s support team directly at: www.tracelink.com/support. 

Pharmacovigilance, Adverse Drug Event and Medical Affairs Inquiries
